Advanced Business Credit Analysis (Two Days)
This program has been designed to assist lenders with some experience in analyzing the creditworthiness of businesses. The information presented in this two-day program is designed for active lenders or others who have received some previous training in Business Credit Analysis. During the program, participants will learn how cash is generated and used by existing businesses, how to develop and understand cashflow statements, how to develop and analyze financial projections, and how to structure loan packages using private and public sources of financing. Case studies of actual small businesses will be used to demonstrate the credit analysis methods of finance professionals. Students who take this course will work in teams on a variety of case studies. At the program's conclusion, participants will be able to structure effective loan packages using multiple sources of financing from both the private and public sectors.
