Very strong instructor, with an excellent knowledge of the field of microenterprise development. Vin used a variety of teaching methods very well, including PowerPoint, Case Study, and small group discussions. He was very dynamic and engaged and was a good listener and facilitator. I would enjoy working with him to learn more.

We have used the services of Vin DiCara several times in the past ten years. The financial analysis and technical assistance that he has provided has been first rate quality and has contributed to a large extent to the success of this Agency. Thanks to Vin’s training and guidance, our loan officers have made top rate loans and assisted communities throughout this region. Our production rates are off the charts and our delinquency rate is almost nonexistent. This fantastic performance is due in part to the financial analysis training and guidance the loan officers received. We plan on using Vin as the opportunity presents itself in the future.

Just a quick note to say that I enjoyed meeting you and taking your course. I very much enjoy an in-class setting versus the webinar. I was able to ask questions and participate in a different way then I feel you can during a webinar training. I also wanted to let you know I met with the commercial banker who works out of my branch this morning. We were able to have a conversation about cash flow, debt service, and I was able to follow along and participate with the lingo.
It was a compact two days but I learned a lot. Your teaching style was great and kept me engaged. As I stated before, thanks again, and I look forward to another seminar at some point in the future.
